If you are paying privately, we do not need a doctor's referral to see you but your extended health provider may require it when you submit your receipts. 

We are located in Coquitlam two blocks east of Coquitlam centre, between Westwood and Pinetree, on Anson Avenue (behind Sunwood Square). We are suite 209 (elevator available) in Anson Professional Centre.

Yes, you need to book an appointment by calling 604-945-7888 or you can book online.   You will get 30 minutes with your physiotherapist and allow for up to 45 minutes for a session.   In order to bill ICBC we need your claim number.  If you have extended medical please bring this information with you.  We can direct bill most but not all plans. 

After a initial assessment treatment your physio will make a plan with you to that may consist of exercise, hands-on techniques (manual) to work the muscles or joints, Dry Needling/IMS, low intensity laser (LILT), modalities to help with pain control, and/or education for home exercises or management.

• Physiotherapy Assessment/Treatment Session:  $95 (allow for 30 - 45 minutes per session)
• Low Intensity Laser Therapy: $95
• Shockwave therapy: $95
• Dry Needling/IMS/acupuncture: $95
• ICBC administration fee: as of April 1, 2019 there is no fee for ICBC with accepted claim numbers.  
• MSP exempt clients: $40
• Senior rate: 65 plus $85
• Late Cancelation or no show fee: $50 
• We no longer accept Worksafe claims
• RCPM and DVA:  direct billed

Our university trained physiotherapists are here to assess and treat any injuries, chronic problems and /or postural imbalances. We will work with you to address your mobility, strength, flexibility, pain control, proprioception and balance using manual hands-on techniques, modalities, education and individualized exercise programs.

Many extended health plans cover physiotherapy treatment. We can direct bill most of them. Please check with your individual plan for coverage details.

We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard and cash payable at each visit.

Late cancellation (<24 hours) or no shows are $50.   If you are unwell, please call and reschedule your appointment so we can give your appointment time to someone else.  

There are various health plans, all with different physiotherapy treatment coverage. You need to check with your own plan. Some plans also require a doctor's referral.

Yes if you have Pacific Blue Cross, Great West Life, Sun Life, Standard Life, Desjardins, Green Shield, SSQ Financial and others, we can direct bill for your treatments. Check with the front desk staff to see if your plan can be direct billed.
